I feel comfortable writing this because I regularly enjoy New Grist. I've just started a site/blog that I hope to grow into a resource for Celiacs across the country to find restaurants and groceries that are Gluten-Free smart. If they aren't up to speed, I want to get them up to speed.

This is brand new (about 4-6 hours old with two posts), but I hope to carve out some space among the great Celiac/Gluten-Free blogs out there that helped me when I was diagnosed in October.
