New Grist Beer - Made from Sorghum and Rice Extract

Celiac's Home for Great Beer

Hi,
Multiple allergies including wheat, sulfates, etc. So, what are the ingredients in your beer?
THanks
Greg

Hi Greg;

What you see is what you get! All of the ingredients are on the label. No wheat, no sulfates.
Sorghum syrup, Rice Syrup, Hops, Yeast.

Brewing yeast is normally grown on a malt substrate, but ours is grown on molasses.
So feel free to crack open a New Grist!

Cheers;
Dan

Hey Dan,

Sounds great! I also have multiple food intolerances including gluten and sugar. The ingredients sound like they'll work. But do you know if the yeast - on molasses or not - is okay for people with Candida?

Thanks!

Heather
